There is huge untapped potential in rural communities, yet there is a scarcity of skill development opportunities and employment options.<\/p><p>Through the Rural Skill Enhancement Program, we seek to build capacity among rural youth, rural women, and other rural residents so that they acquire practical skills and become self-reliant and self-sufficient style=\"color: #84c54e;\"><strong>Development of Vocational Skills<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Training in vocational areas that lead to employment as well as self-employment.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #84c54e;\">Development of Livelihood Means<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Incentive to engage in livelihood activities to uplift their economic conditions and gain self-reliance.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #84c54e;\">Entrepreneurship Development<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Developing entrepreneurial mindset in aspirants by imparting business know-how and guidance on managing enterprises.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #84c54e;\">Enhancement of Digital &amp; Financial Awareness<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Improving digital and financial awareness among the participants for them to be able to cope with the new economic environment.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #84c54e;\">Career Preparation Training<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Preparing young people for employment by equipping them with professional skills, workplace orientation, and communication
